Terms of Service: Workspace MCP

These terms apply to Workspace MCP ("the tool"), operated by The One Game Studio Limited ("the Studio").
1. Internal use only
The tool is provided only to authorized personnel of The One Game Studio. It is not offered to the public. Anyone who is not authorized must not use it.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the actions you instruct the tool and your AI assistant to take in your Google account, including messages sent, files changed and data shared. Review what you ask the assistant to do, and keep your workstation and credentials secure.
3. Data handling
How the tool handles Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The Studio is not liable for loss or damage arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Changes and withdrawal
The Studio may change these terms, or change, suspend or withdraw the tool or any person's access to it, at any time.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
